Reflections Community Service School Program 

Our mission is to provide support and structure necessary for children to develop responsibility, self-esteem,
and self-management skills needed to strengthen relationships and integrate back into their schools.

Reflections School Program Goal

Our goal is to collaborate with schools, families, and students to address behavioral concerns, trauma, and mental health. Reflections School Program’s goal is to build well rounded students and individuals.

How:

●  Reflections School Program Team will work closely with schools, parents, and care teams.
●  Student’s behavioral and academic goals will be created by the student’s team in conjunction with Reflections School Program staff.
●  Student’s goals will be measurable and aimed at meeting the immediate needs of the student.
●  Students will learn to work independently while maintaining classroom etiquette.
●  Students will learn skills necessary for appropriate interact with peers.
●  Student’s will work to attain the skills needed to be successful in order for them to return to their home school. 

Why It Works:

●  Reflections School Program staff uses a trauma informed care approach to build lifelong self-management and social emotional skills.
●  Reflection School Program staff are trained in behavioral management, crisis intervention, and verbal de-escalation.
●  Reflections School Program will develop a curriculum based on each student’s individual needs, while maintaining an overall classroom schedule
●  Reflections School Program can be a lasting resource for students throughout their primary education.
